Product returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of your Prorack shipping confirmation email. Once your return has been received, a credit will be issued for the product returned (less any applicable return shipping charges and/or restocking fees). From the time that we receive your return, please allow 5 – 7 business days for your credit to be processed. All credits will be issued to the original credit or debit card used for order processing.

All Prorack product returned needs to:

  • Be replaced and packed within original Prorack packaging
  • Included with a copy of your packing slip
  • Included all product manuals and small parts
  • In unused condition

Please note that credits for product received outside of the 30 day return window, missing manuals and/or small parts, or product returned in noticeably used condition will be issued at Prorack’s discretion.


Please go to the Find your Order page to look for your order that contains the product that you need to return. Click the “Return” checkbox next to the product that you wish to return and adjust the quantities as you wish. Once you have adjusted the quantities and chosen the product to return, click the “Return Item” button to initiate the return of your Prorack product. Follow the process through to the end and will be provided with a convenient Fed Ex Ground label to affix to your return package.


Expedited Orders (2nd & Next Day Deliveries)

Since you have expressed the need to get your order quickly, we have placed the highest priority on it. Prorack strives to get your order to you in the fastest way possible. Once an expedited order is placed we are unable to cancel it. Please use our product return process to ensure that you get a timely credit.

Ground Orders

If you have placed a ground shipment at prior to 12:01 EST, we may be able to cancel the order if it’s within the 60 min window for order processing. We apologize for not being able to change the contents of an order at this time. Please give us a call to see if we can cancel the order for you, if not please use our product return process to ensure you get the right product and a timely credit. In the meantime, go ahead and place an order for the product you want.
